Melissa in customer care is excellent at her work in liaising with myself and my business. However sadly still after 3 -5 months of been with Unitel Direct the website they have set up for my business is not delivering any new business as promised, which is disappointing. Melissa is trying to restore this value with their team internally, however i feel that maybe too late. Jason Black Ireland
