I chanced upon this place when it popped up on Facebook and it's been life-changing for me in a really short time. Due to a really busy family life I'd slipped into a habit of not doing any exercise. It felt really daunting knowing where to start and I hated the idea of going to a busy commercial gym, I also knew that I didn't have the motivation to work out alone at home. Hitzona is friendly, personalised and you feel the results really quickly. I've been going a few weeks now and already I can feel my fitness has improved. Absolutely love it, and would thoroughly recommend. The coaches are awesome. It feels like fun and the sessions finish before you even realise, so you work really hard but it doesn't ever feel like a chore. People on the sessions are all different ages, shapes and sizes, so it's not at all intimidating.
