Essi is an extremely professional and honest person to deal with. My elderly neighbours car windscreen was leaking and Toyota were not helpful. I found Essi on Google and the very next day he was here with a new windscreen. He was honest enough to say if he could fix it and not replace the screen he would and that was exactly what he did. He even helped dry the car out from the water ingress. Fantastic service and will 100% use again and recommend. Thank you
