I met Ian for the first time on Monday. What was immediately obvious was his passion and obsession with coffee. He applies his scientific background to his pursuit of the perfect cup. I had a total education in everything coffee related from planting and harvesting to roasting and brewing. I know where I will be buying all of my coffee from in the future.
