As we had to have all stain removed from our old beams before being sprayed to prevent woodworm and wanting a lighter colour, Ed and his team did an amazing job removing the stain in a cottage we are renovating.Good communication, punctual and a good job done. As we do not live in the cottage at the moment he sent photo updates at the end of the day and called the next day when all was finished and cleaned up for me to look over with him. Afterwards even sent a great 'Before and After' video. Would highly recommend.
