I can’t express how impressed I was with Charles from start to finish. He couldn’t have been more helpful — extremely knowledgeable, and if he didn’t have the answer straight away, he went out of his way to speak with his stockists and contacts to find out. Charles was always kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. He genuinely takes pride in his work, and it really shows. Highly recommend!
