Fantastic Customer Service. Have been in search of a specific bit for our 4yr old OTTTB which google located at Smeeth Saddlery. A quick call and Rosie checked availability and called me back to confirm they had it. I processed the order via their website and received the product as promised with a lovely note. Rosie thank you so much for what you did if I could give you 10 stars I would :0)
