I’ve used Dave and the wallseal team for a couple of jobs now and I’d highly recommend him for anyone with potential damp issues. He’s always friendly and explains everything carefully so you’re not overloaded with information and his free no obligations damp survey will highlight any issues that require dealing with. I recently had him and his team out for a cavity wall tie replacement on the back of the house and the process was completely painless. He came and had a look, got details and photos and then in a few days came back with a detailed quote of work required and costs and then once booked up they arrived when they said they would and got on with the job. Afterwards Dave gave a run down of exactly what was done and then sent over the invoice for the work.
10/10 would recommend to anyone and I know who I’ll be going to for any future jobs.
