Had a bad crunching sound in 4th and 6th gear on my Audi. Messaged Shannon who managed to diagnose the issue pretty much over the phone. Dropped the car to him and he confirmed the gearbox had failed. Found a replacement box for me and also recommended to replace the clutch as it was badly worn. Really fast turn around and adequately priced. Would use again and recommend to anyone. Thanks Shannon.
