Charles was my contact. I was very keen to use a local Whitstable company. Charles arranged a visit and a quote and I genuinely was very happy with the price. I told him what I needed, more importantly what I didn’t need. The quote was extremely fair and competitive. On the installation day, Charles team were first class - nice guys, polite and courteous AND quick. Charles arrived mid way through the job to see if I was happy - I was shown how to work my remote and no issues with my cream awning or the heater. Pleased to say that the automatic wind option kicked in when we had one too many gusts - retracting back into the box. I am very happy indeed with Charles and his company and would not hesitate to recommend him / them. I have not been paid for this review or received a discount - just love the job and they deserve my high praise indeed
