Having never tried hypnosis I was a bit skeptical, but then a good friend recommended Ann at Kensington Hypnosis. I had a severe spinal cord injury in Dec 2023 and was finding it hard to walk plus I suffer from chronic shoulder pain. Ann was calm, patient and extremely knowledgeable about my condition. After just one session I noticed a difference. My muscles were more relaxed and walking became easier. Still not pretty but more enjoyable for me and good enough that friends commented on the improvement. I love the sense of peace I feel after each session and I have no hesitation in recommending Ann - such a relief to be treated by a consummate professional.
