What a treat Karen's Nurture Retreat was yesterday....

What a treat Karen's Nurture Retreat was yesterday. From the minute we arrived to the end of our incredible day I felt pampered and cared for. There were so many special touches throughout the day - sage cleansing, giving thanks to mother earth, a delicious nourishing lunch, a touch of reiki, and a heart opening cacao ceremony. With her calming meditations, Karen created a wonderful space for self reflection and intention setting. I am looking at the mandala rock I created during the retreat as I type this - what a lovely reminder to stay grounded. The sound bath was the perfect way to end the day. Thank you Karen and Kat 🌼 It was the prefect me-time. Just what I needed!
