Michael was great when I sold my house with him, he provided a realistic valuation and monitored the market accordingly, advising us with his many years experience, on the best course of action to get a viewing. Luckily the first person to view it put an offer in the next day and within 7weeks we had exchanged contracts. Michael was there every step of the way for reassurance and updates with regards to the sale.
