I cannot thank the lady I spoke to on the phone or Jason the delivery driver enough, for the truly outstanding service we received.We required heating oil as an emergency, as we had been told by an engineer that had been out that morning, that our gauge was faulty and we had run out of heating oil and that was the reason our boiler was not firing up.Not only did they deliver a few hours after the order was placed, much to my surprise, after ringing around several other providers who couldn't/wouldn't deliver at such short notice, they didn't even bump the price up astronomically like many other companies I had called either.Jason the delivery driver had a look at the tank dipped a stick in and advised us that the information provided by the engineer was incorrect, there was in fact, lots of oil in the tank, the gauge was fine, he even asked if we still required the order. He went so far out of his way to help us and resolved our problem, I simply cannot thank him enough. He cleaned out the filter with a toothbrush, bled the boiler and low and behold, it fired up and has been fine since.I cannot thank, nor recommend them highly enough. I won't be going anywhere else for my heating oil in future.
