I don't give 5 star reviews very often but this one is worth it.I wanted to do something that you'd see in an old Chinese movie and now I do. Praying mantis Kung Fu. Ha! It's freaking awesome.Karate, Tae Kwon do.....blah blah.Cracking informal atmosphere. Patient instructors. I wanted to do Bruce lee punchy thing but haven't got the time with work.He does kids classes, ladies only classes,Vegan classes....you get the picture. Tai chi, ouch my muscles hurt classes, I really like the stick fighting.
