I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ladybug were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional, and had the issue sorted within a couple of days. After trying for around five months to deal with the intruder myself with no luck, Ladybug carried out a site survey the very next day and immediately knew what the problem was.They quickly returned to complete a CCTV inspection of the drainage system, clearly showing where the intruder was getting in. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. I’d happily recommend Ladybug to anyone. Thanks again for getting it sorted 😊
