Can't fault the service. My living room had an engineered oak floor, which was pretty heavily stained in places, faded in others and generally very tired looking. In less than 1 day it was completely transformed to a brand new floor, and I really like the Matt Lacquer which seems to give it a factory type finish which should give the floor a bit more durability than it had before. No mess. No fuss. In and out and done. Would recommend.
