Ethan came out incredibly quickly after I reported a gas leak and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He remained calm, professional, and very understanding throughout the whole situation, which really helped put us at ease.He identified the leak almost instantly and made safety the top priority, thoroughly checking everything and explaining things clearly along the way. Once the issue was repaired, he made sure our boiler and cooker were both safely up and running again before leaving.Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and a real credit to the company. Highly recommended!
