We have had the pleasure of engaging the services of JJ Sullivan Building Contractors over the last 12 years in both a commercial and domestic capacity, the most notable of which being a three bedroom 1600 sq ft barn conversion.

John, Mike and the team were professional, tidy and courteous throughout the duration of the build. John is particularly adept at offering practical solutions and advice when faced with the inevitable issues that can occur whilst constructing a property of this size. The barn was not of “standard” construction and involved specialised skills, plus the use of both existing and new timber frame work, in addition to working to stringent guidelines by the local Council. We were particularly impressed with John and Mike’s care and attention to detail and their desire to create a warm and welcoming home for us. They treated the project as if it were their own home.

Throughout the duration of the project, the team were always on time and organised. The barn conversion exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with the result.

They have also completed several other small projects for us and we have recommended them to our friends and neighbours, who have in turn gone on to engage JJ Sullivan for house refurbishments, joinery, extensions and landscaping projects.

Recently they built our new kitchen extension and reconfigured the ground floor rooms. We were so pleased with their work that we asked them back to fit new windows throughout, to install new decking and render the front of the house.
