We have used Halford Jones for years on our home extensions, always friendly and professional. Fantastic service start to finish, highly recommended.

I recently worked with Halfords Jones on my home extension, which included an extended kitchen and an extra bedroom on the first floor. I’m extremely happy with the service I received. He was always easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and just a phone call away whenever I needed advice or assistance. Thank you for your great service Anthony 👍😊

Worked hard to overcome planning objections with the council resulting in a planning approval, excellent communication and service combined with a competitive price.

Anthony from Halford Jones was my architecture,Anthony was very proffessional and paid attention to what i wanted and how i wanted it.

When we were ready to apply for a planning permission we got Anthony from Halford Jones refered to us, he got in contact with us and came to view our house giving us his opinion on what we wanted and what could be accepted by Leicester City Council planning permission team. As someone who have worked in the industry for long it was very profitable that he guided us into what would work and what would not.

From the initial drawings to going back and forth with changes Anthony was vey proffessional and considered all our needs.
When we submitted the planning permission request to the council we were told to act on other things before they could look at our planning permission request. Anthony was very helpful by refering us to proffessionals that could cut our tree and a BAT surveyer as this was a request from the Leicester City Council planning permission.

Our planning permission was accepted after the completed requests and although it took a few weeks for the council to get back to us Anthony would always chase on the planning permission progress from the council.
The council requested for an ammendment from the drawings we had initially sent and in the ammendments the council was cutting down a whole chunk of the extension but again with his expertise Anthony managed to restructure the planning permission proposal in a way that made us not loose a lot of building space. The council accepeted his revised drawing and even though it took a lot of back and forth with the council Anthony was very proffessional and my proved his expertise.

After the planning permission was granted, Anthony continued to help with other bits that were required even assisting in recommending trusted builder etc to us. We had to complete a survey with seven trent to move a drained and Anthony assisted with all this, sending email to and fro.

I would work with Anthony again for our next project because his professionalism and expertise is second to none.

Thank you so much Anthony from Halford Jones.

Planner took time to understand what we wanted as part of the extension we required and from that he also discussed other posible options too. The drawing was completed in a week and he helped with the planning submission.

I requested help with applying for a certificate of permitted development for some building work. Anthony responded very quickly and came out to view the property within a week. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about things I'd never even thought of eg shared drains. He provided very detailed drawings and completed the application for me. Once the application was approved, he provided the very detailed plans for the builder. I was blown away by the very modest fee he charged for very detailed plans that must have involved a lot of work as well as all the helpful advice he gave from what is clearly a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry.

Anthony provided excellent drawings for our house extension in Leicester, including a single storey rear and double storey side extension. He was professional, easy to work with, and successfully achieved planning permission for us. Highly recommended for house extensions.

Anthony prepared and submitted a planning application for me. He visited the property within a week of being contacted and submitted the application for me within 11 days of first contact, complete with the architectural drawing. He provided an outstanding service with brilliant communication at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Anthony was very attentive and listened to what we were expecting, while guiding us with his experience. Everything was well explained and the help continued through the build too. It made the process of going through planning painless. Communication was good with both us and our chosen builder as well as authorities. Thanks for your help!
