Ace our frenchie became part of their family. Andrew and the team take care of him like their own dog. Ace is always excited to go to day care. We’ve built an amazing relationship with the whole family, they even came to Ace doggy party. We couldn’t be more grateful for all the work put into looking after our fur babies

I have been using BoneAparts since April once a week for daycare. My dog is naturally anxious but seems to have settled well there. She seems to do well in a small group so this is ideal for her, and myself as it's conveniently located for me also. I have the reassurance that BoneAparts are insured and qualified to look after my dog too. Everything is done properly. I look forward to continuing using them for as long as I need to.

BoneAparts took wonderful care of our French Bulldog, Max, while we were on holiday. They treated him like part of the family and kept us updated every day with photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. Max had the best time in their care, and we could tell he was truly loved and well looked after. Highly recommend BoneAparts to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy place for their dogs!

Our two dogs have gone here a few times now. Andy, Suzanne and their family are always very welcoming and accommodating. They did a lovely meeting session before the dogs first stayed with them. The weather was very warm, but they had things in place for the dogs.Our dogs get excited every time they go and get lots of cuddles and nice, long walks. We always get sent photos and/or videos during their stays, which provide reassurance whilst we're away, and Andy and Suzanne get to know each of the dogs and what they like and dislike, and it's lovely to know that they give them the time and attention to learn these things.I would highly recommend Bone Aparts for home boarding.

Left my Melo here as we flew out on a family holiday. Couldn’t be more happier with the service Melo received. Had daily updates ( even though service was bad where we was )They followed my normal routine.Melo made lots of friendsHappy and will use again.

My boy has been a regular visitor to BoneAparts. It’s like a home from home for him. He is allowed to chill on the sofa as he does at home, so I know he’s comfortable. He enjoys socialising with the other dogs. Andrew and family are all lovely and take great care of the dogs in their care.

We left our dog for the first as she has always been looked after by family. She went with my daughters dog too. They settled and we’re very happy quickly which was reassuring.

We had regular updates and photos and videos of them.

It was so nice to not have to worry whilst on holiday.

We travelled out of town with our dog to see family and it would have been a bit of a hectic day for our boy so we called upon the services of BoneAparts for daycare and I'm so glad we did! Our Ralph was given a home from home experience and treated like family! In typical Dachshund style, he has his little quirks which I let them know of and they welcomed him with open arms and treated him as one of their own! We were provided with regular updates which made us feel so at ease. Andy and Suzanne really go the extra mile. We picked him up a little bit later than specified and this was absolutely no issue for them whatsoever. When we collected him, we were told he was a very good boy and was upstairs with their son playing Minecraft 🥰 this made our hearts soar hearing this!

Thank you so very much for making our Ralph feel so at home and loved during his day with you. We will absolutely be back if we are in the area again!

Travis has just spent over 2 weeks here whilst we were on holiday. He is a puppy and hasn’t been left before. We got constant updates and could see how happy he was and knew he was fine. He has also grown so much and mixed with all different dogs . His confidence being around all sizes of dogs was exactly what he needed. He was well looked after. Thank you for looking after our little dude he had a great time and as a result we could relax. We’ve already booked him in for the near future. Fantastic family. Thank you all 😊

Our two terriers loved their time with Andy, Suzanne and the boys. We were provided with lots of updates during their stay and they were treated like part of their family. I shall be using them again and highly recommend them.
