The Beeloved carers are very caring and friendly, they carry out the tasks in the way the customer likes. They take time to interact with the customer. Any concerns that are raised have been dealt with promptly. The staff are very approachable. I certainly feel the customer is in safe confident hands. It has been helpful that Beeloved agency has been able to provide regular carers to maintain continuity, this has had a positive effect on the customer's well-being which has been noticed by his family and Personal Assistants.
