Beeloved Home Care offer an excellent, very responsive home care service. What has really impressed me is how much the manager and her team care about people as individuals and go the extra mile to offer the right support, at the right time, necessary to achieve health - mental and physical - and enable the client to reach personal goals. The care is punctual, compassionate and respectful. Client communication and managing expectations are excellent. They recognise that clients have a life which good care makes it possible to fully realise. The Registered Manager, is fully proficient in and knowledgeable of all aspects of care, which inspires total confidence in her in all aspects of care management and practice. I have no hesitation in recommending her company. Since I started care with Beeloved, I quickly felt settled and at ease. Even my two highly strung cats (take after Mum there) have had a positive response to the whole team. Thanks so much to them all!
