My husband and I took a half day...

My husband and I took a half day course and chose our own makes.
After quickly going through health & safety we got straight on with the task in hand.
Leon explained how everything worked as we were total novices, how to keep the fire going, how hot the metal has to be to be worked and how to use the tools correctly.
He gave us the freedom to explore and experiment without taking over and all the while keeping an eye on us for safety and to give instruction as needed.
We were absolutely delighted with the items we made but it was the experience of being in a forge first hand and trying it out for ourselves that was the main reason for us booking and Leon didn't disappoint.
We had a brilliant day and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book 👍
