I met Nicky via a Facebook group and appreciated her attention to detail and know-how. I felt something wasn't quite right with the current branding for my subscription box, CozyRead Books, but couldn't pinpoint the problem or how to solve it.

Nicky helped me define the missing pieces and suggested concepts to simplify and solve the problems identified. She even tweaked an element after the first concept stage because she thought it could be improved—that's service above and beyond!

I LOVE the new branding! The colours even have names that link to my niche. I'm so excited to share this with my audience.
