I very recently signed up with Beeloved Home Care and I'm very impressed with their service so far. The staff are very friendly, punctual and person-centred with the service provided. They regularly ask if the service user is happy and are quick to act on any concerns raised and resolve them quickly. They are very competent when using equipment i.e: mobile hoists and staff have regular training and listen to service users.
I feel safe and comfortable with them. Beeloved Home Care is by far the best care company I have been with and I highly recommend them. A service user is well looked after with Beeloved Home Care. Go ahead and sign up, you won't regret it.
