Kieran provided an amazing and professional service at my work - Strathgryffe Tennis, Squash & Fitness Club, Houston.
I phoned Kieran re an ongoing issue (we intermittently lost signal, sometimes for days) we had at work with several gym TV’s and one in our lounge bar. Phoned late Wednesday afternoon, Kieran advised he would visit our premises Friday late morning. As promised he arrived Friday morning and duly set about investigating the issues with our digital and Sky input . No easy feat as he had to crawl through our loft hatch and trace wiring to various outputs.. as agreed he emailed an approximate price (depending on parts required)to replace and rectify the fault. He returned on the Tuesday and within a couple of hours had all TV’s in full working order. Many of our members have mentioned the picture is even better than before the fault occurred.
Overall I was delighted with the communication, professional manner, tidy worker and reasonably priced (well within the approximate quote price)
